I have been back in London for a couple of days and have been seriously struggling with post holiday blues. The weather in London is awful and all I want to be doing right now is lying on the beach eating fresh seafood. However, I know that holidays cannot last forever (regardless of whether I want them to !). Today I am sharing with you chapter 2, which will be focused on my visit up to Old Perithia. Old Perithia is a tiny village up in the Northern Corfiot hills with the most beautiful views.
Recently, I have been having a bit of a jewellery moment. I absolutely love wearing earrings and I could never imagine myself leaving the house without a pair of hoops in my ears! Jewellery is something that just makes an outfit. Throw on a couple of necklaces and earrings and you have a complete look. I never used to be a necklace kinda girl. However, I seem to have had a necklace epiphany. Aside from my sudden jewellery infatuation, there are a couple of things I just need.
They say, “When in Rome, eat pasta, pizza and gelato”, these are words that even I, strive to live by. Rome has been on the top of my list for way too long. It is the city of food, fashion and art- my three favourite words! I might even go as far as saying that, Rome is my new favourite city. Of course, Paris and London are great, but there was something about Rome that I couldn’t help falling in love with.
The sales have finally started, which means that I have a reasonable excuse to buy more clothes! This season period has some of the best items yet. Net-A-Porter, Mytheresa and Farfetch are some of my favourite sales. The summer sales are perfect for stocking up on holiday essentials (coming soon) such as swimwear, dresses and sandals. I have come up with my favourite items in the sales, ranging from high-street to high-end. I will also show you my sale purchase and how I have styled it.
It’s Wednesday, which means it’s the middle of the week (but sadly, not Friday!) and I am back to share with you my “Wednesday Wishlist”- a new series to the blog, which will happen weekly. Last week, I shared with you my favourite pieces to buy for the heatwave, which you all seemed to love. So, I decided to start a new series (every Wednesday) in which I share with you all the pieces I am loving.
